ROSES! To all of you who made "Red Roses and Golden Memories" a huge success.

Thank you for the delicious food, the salmon, a most generous gift; the beautiful, bright flowers (loved the bucket-list tie-in); the memorial tribute that was very well done and appreciated by all; the name tags that didn't fall off; the fun car show that sparked memories and conversation; the tent brigade that saved the day; the MC who knew just the right words to say; the very talented and gracious photographer; the many, many hours of computer work; our classmates who came and enjoyed our efforts; all the other details, large and small, that made this weekend work; and many, many thanks to you, Rodney and Marralene, for sharing your fabulous site with all of us.

Great job, 62 Saxons!!!!!

Thank you for the wonderful reunion.

The committee worked so hard and did a wonderful job.

Your place is beautiful and you both are truly appreciated.

Thank everyone again, Sharron Mills-Green

To all who organized the 50th reunion.  It was wonderful!!  You all did so much work and it ran so smoothly.  The setting was beautiful.  Rodney & Marralene you have a lovely place.  It was kind of a shock to see that we have lost so many.  But great to see the ones that were there.  Thank you again, I had a lovely evening.  Paula Wedel

Marralene  -  I'd like to say THANK YOU to all of the committee people for all of the work contributed to the Saxons #50.

As far as I could tell, the reunion went off perfectly with no hitches at all.

Bonny and I had a very good time meeting, and talking to, classmates (most I remembered, some I did not).

Your place is beautiful, the food was great, and the companionship was good.

The only question I had on the way home was - Why did you invite so many people over 65?

It was fun.  I'm glad you took the time and effort to locate me so I could attend.

The pictures are nice.  I've looked at them once and will review them over time!

Just a short note to thank you for the marvellous job done by you and the committee for the 50th reunion.

Jeni, Jill & I certainly enjoyed ourselves and it was great to catch up with so many old friends after all this

time.  Your place is spectacular and what a perfect setting for the reunion.

Hereís an open invitation to any of you classmates who plan to visit Australia over the coming years.  Please

contact me, we would love to see you again.

Thanks again,

Hugh Harris

A great thank you, Sandra!! You said it all and so completely!! I had a wonderful day starting with Laurie's coffee at her lovely home and yard. Marralene and Rodney, again many thanks for offering your property for our reunion. I don't think we could ever get a better place! Roses to you!!
Hugs, Marilyn

I would like to give a BIG THANK YOU to all of the 50th reunion committee members for their efforts. In my opinion it was a smashing success!

I would also like to especially thank Rodney and Marralene for sharing their farm with us. It was a wonderful setting for the party.

Friday night at Jimís restaurant was fun too.

This was the first reunion that I have attended, and after 50 years it was great reuniting with people and hearing about where their lives have taken them. Now Iím looking forward to the next one.

Thanks again, Greg Olsen
